Water Damage to Carpeted Flooring

Here we have water damage due to a washing machine leak that affected the majority of the home owners basement. The carpets were saturated and very wet from the stagnant water that sat there for a several days. We here at SERVPRO of Long Beach/Oceanside were quickly on site to assess the amount of damage and quickly realized that these carpets must be removed. The carpeting was then promptly taken out and disposed of for the homeowner. The slab flooring was then cleaned thoroughly & sprayed with antimicrobial spray to reduce risk of any mold forming. This customer was very satisfied with our response time and how quickly water and carpeting was removed from their home.
