Your Long Beach Neighbor’s Water Damage Can Be Yours Too

This Long Beach living room had a surprise visit from water damage coming from their upstairs neighbor’s home. The ceiling collapsed and the water saturated the hardwood flooring resulting in a cupping of the boards. The moisture detection equipment showed the subfloor was wet and the flooring needed removal for drying. SERVPRO techs left some of the larger pieces of furniture in the room during mitigation and covered them in plastic so they would get buffered from any dirt or dust raised during the mitigation process through the cutting of the sheetrock and removal of the floorboards to dry the room as seen in the After Photo, multiple air movers got deployed to rapidly dry the loss area.
