We have certain tools that will help you in the event there is a fire, but you need to act before it's too late. We offer what is called an Emergency Ready Profile also known as a (ERP). What an ERP does is minimizes business interruption by having an immediate plan of action. Some other benefits include that there is no cost to have an ERP done for you, a concise document of only what is needed in the event of an emergency, a guide to help you get back into your building following a disaster, establishes your local SERVPRO franchise as your disaster mitigation and restoration provider, identification of the line of command for authorizing work to begin, and last but not least, it provides facility details such as shut-off valve locations, priority areas and priority contact information.
